Yesterday on social media I saw this picture floating around all day. As you can see this is an image of Michael Phelps staying focused to win as another member of another team is watching him and not focused on finishing. Though this is just an image, if you read the quote it pertains to life as well.
Just because it seems as though someone is moving quicker or on to the next level faster than others or ourselves does not mean we should focus on them. We need to focus on what we need to do and always be consistent no matter what the outcome is. There will be days we may not succeed but the failure is what makes us stronger. We have to know know what it feels like to fail so we know what we can do better.
None of us can be winners if we're looking at how far ahead someone else is. That's just like driving as well. If you're in your lane why look at another car in the next lane that's not for you? See? Always pay attention to your path because your path has different directions. Never forget that a winner can't be a winner if they don't know what it feels like to lose. That's how people become sore losers. Don't be a sore loser. Learn from your mistake(s) and stay on your path to greatness!
