I believe they should. When you look at a woman, an African American woman at that, with a head wrap/turban, it symbolizes the queen she is. Also, it embraces the culture in which she comes from.
I wear a turban and when I do wear it, I go everywhere with it. Not only that, I feel like a queen because I am a queen. No woman should feel as if though she can't wear her turban. A turban/head wrap should be accepted any and everywhere.
When Muslims garbed up every day and though people may judge them because of their beliefs, you seldom hear people ask why are they garbed up. The fact is obvious, they're Muslim and it's apart of their religion.
As far as women wearing a head wrap/turban, their head wrap embraces culture, as I said, who the woman is and represents that the black woman is beautiful regardless of what society wants us to believe.
So, the question really is why SHOULDN'T she able to wear her head wrap/turban?
